By accessing logiclitz.org or related LogicLitz marketing websites (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Separate written contracts govern paid software development, product subscriptions, and white-label engagements.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site except as allowed by robots.txt or written permission
• Submit false, harmful, or unlawful content through forms or email
• Misrepresent affiliation with LogicLitz or use our marks without permission

Intellectual property

Site content—including text, branding, logos, layouts, and software descriptions—is owned by LogicLitz or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written consent, except fair use or other rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Client project deliverables and product licenses are governed by the applicable statement of work or product terms—not these website Terms alone.

Inquiries and proposals

Information on the Site is for general description only. Quotes, timelines, and scope become binding only when confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties (or accepted electronic equivalent). We may decline projects at our discretion.

Third-party links and ads

The Site may link to third-party websites or display advertising (including Google AdSense). We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or services. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicLitz and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from Site use is limited to INR 5,000 (or the equivalent in local currency), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogicLitz from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived in your place of residence.

Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
